Order Variation/Cancellation
Customer may vary or cancel the order when receiving our phone call to confirm the order or call our Customer Service Hotline by (852) 3590 8013 directly. All orders confirmed cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Subject to the Customer's consent, Favour Letpacific Food Co., Ltd. may substitute a product for another similar product if the initial product ordered by the Customer is unavailable. Otherwise, we will delete the product from the order.
